Industrialized as we are, it is inevitable that we sometimes produce harmful off-gas and waste water which might impact the environment. However, we do not discharge the wastes directly into the environment but dispose of them properly. Listed below are the steps we follow in sewage disposal.

1. Waste water is gathered together in a pool, after is has been produced from the production process.
2. Let these wastes flow separately through the sewer grate into a well. Wait for some time while leaving the solid particles in the sewage to precipitate.
3. The waste water then flows through a PH adjustment tank.
4. Pour some wastewater treatment chemicals into the tank and let the solids precipitate for a while. Test the treated water to see if it meets related wastewater treatment standards before it is discharged outside our factory.

During production process, we strive to minimize the use of raw material and avoid generating wastes. We also take special care to recycle excessive materials.

Here are a few tips on how to maintain HALAO sinks and further prolong their use life.

1. It is not unlikely for your newly-bough sinks to be damaged by chemical corrosion during house decoration. Therefore, you need to apply some grease to the sink surface for isolation from any corrosive chemicals.
2. Wash your sink regularly by using sponge or cotton cloth. If inevitable, please use mild detergent to rub the sink surface as softly as you can.
3. Do not use rubber gasket in your sink because it is often different to clean up what is underneath such a gasket.
4. Rinse the sink with water and let it dry after each time of use. Do not leave any water drops on the surface in case it would cause slight rust.
5. Avoid using a brush a clean up your sink as it scratches easily.
6. Avoid using mesh ball to scrub the sink surface in case there should leave scuff marks. The metal particles adhering to the sink wall after scrubbing can easily lead to rust stains.
7. If there are water stains on the sink surface, use mild detergent to clean it.
